Step 2 · Email link (owners only)
For addresses already registered as the partner workspace owner, we email a one-time link. Other addresses are not mailed — you’ll see a clear message here instead.
If the message does not arrive within a few minutes, check Spam or Junk, mark it Not spam, and add the sender to your contacts. If sign-in emails keep being filtered, whoever manages your organisation’s email (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, etc.) should confirm SPF and DKIM are set up for the domain we send from.
